EXPLORING THE ROLES OF SCHOOL HEADS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF READING PROGRAMS

The study dealt with the exploration of roles school heads in implementation reading programs Department Education. A qualitative research design was used to analyze data gathered from interview and coordinators. Purposive sampling identify respondents. This sought answer perception their DepEd as well teachers perceptions roles. findings provide principals division leaders a collection best practices on strategies for successful program. It revealed that implementation, gave regular technical assistance, mentoring, coaching resources. They lead planning activities empowering motivating teachers, partners, learners. Implications are shared suggestions future research. KEYWORDS: Comprehension, Implementation, Reading , Perception
